Shipping Policy
DIVERSITY is currently using 4 courier companies for shipping purposes TRAX, SWIFT, MOVEX & TCS. Once you have placed the order we will ship the order and you will receive it within 24 – 120 hours (depending on your location “zone”). After the order is been dispatched you can track your order with your relevant courier by using the tracking number given. DIVERSITY is also offering “Cash on Delivery” and “Bank Transfer” service to its customers. You may also visit the FAQs page for other questions that you may have.
Return/Refund Policy
DIVERSITY’s team believes in providing great services to our customers by making sure that they are served in the best way possible. Following are the policies for return/refund & cancellation.
- On the time of delivery if the package is clearly damaged or the flyer/box seal is broken then please do NOT accept the package.
- After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from inside or it is different than what you ordered than you need to communicate with us through website or call center within 24 hours of receipt. We will Lodge a complaint and will get back to you within the next 24 – 48 (working) hours. On the basis of your complaint, DIVERSITY will launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation would be full & final. If you are eligible for a return/refund, DIVERSITY will process it.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be given to you in the form of Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or store credit.
- We usually process refunds within 24 - 48 (working) hours of you lodging a complaint with us.
- Refunds are dependent on customer showing proof that the order received has been dispatched for return.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable and in most cases is charged at Rs 250. It can be higher depending on the goods shipped.
- Perishable items or items that have been damaged during use or are not in the same condition as you received them are NOT valid for return/refund.
- If the order you placed and received is different, In that case we will reship you the correct order.

L (Large) - is for most people of normal physique.
XL (Extra Large) - this is for people with bulky chest.

All posture corrector sizes are adjustable but we still have a few sizes so that it can fit everyone comfortably. For males we normally recommend Large size as it's the standard size. For females we recommend Medium due to their slim physique.

Your muscles will develop over time to maintain it.
Question: Will this pinch my arms/shoulders?
Answer: No, unless you are wearing the posture corrector incorrectly. If you experience pinching either you are wearing it too tight or you are slouching your shoulders into the posture corrector too much. Loosen the straps to your comfort level and pull those shoulders back! That's the beauty of our Posture Corrector, if you are slouching, it will become uncomfortable, forcing you to keep your shoulders back to regain comfort. It is the perfect way to strengthen your muscles to develop long term healthy posture.
Question: Can women wear this too?
Answer: Yes! It's especially designed to fit around male and female physiques.
Question: How long can I wear it?
Answer: Your body will not be used to the new posture, so it will take time. Stop wearing it as soon as it becomes uncomfortable; take a break and wear it again. We recommend not wearing it to sleep. Most customers achieve great success wearing it 1-2 hours at a time.
Question: Can I wear it under my shirt?
