Shipping Details
Delivery charges are Rs 349. Free delivery on orders over Rs 4,980. Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days (up to 7 during peak seasons).
No deliveries on Sundays or Pakistan's national holidays — orders placed on those days are processed the next working day.
Returns, Refunds & Replacement Details
We accept unused, unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
Return the item via traceable courier at your own cost, along with a reason for the return. Delivery charges (typically Rs 350) are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 2–3 working days of receiving the returned item.
Replacement deliveries cost approximately Rs 500 (covers two-way courier).
To request one, provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- A photo of the original packaging
- A photo of the item packed and ready for handover
The rider will collect the return and deliver your replacement in the same visit. All original packaging must be intact and in good condition for eligibility.
