Shipping & Returns
We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/sms or a message on WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative if you are a new customer.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours.
Shipping Times and Cost
We offer express shipping and its cost depends on your total order weight which is calculated on the checkout page.
In most cases we offer free shipping. The projected delivery time for all domestic orders are 2-5 business days.
DIVERSITY is currently using 3 courier companies for shipping purposes TRAX, XOOP & TCS.
Once you have placed the order we will ship the order and you will receive it within 24 – 120 hours (depending on your location “zone”). After the order is been dispatched you can track your order with your relevant courier by using the tracking number given.
DIVERSITY is also offering, in coordination with the TRAX and XOOP, “Cash On Delivery” service to its customers. For orders dispatched via TCS we require prepayment as currently we do not do COD with TCS.

DIVERSITY’s team believes in providing great services to our customers by making sure that they are served in the best way possible.
Following are the policies for return/refund & cancellation.
- On the time of delivery if the package is clearly damaged or the flyer/box seal is broken then please do NOT accept the package.
- After opening the package if you find that the order is damaged from inside or it is different than what you ordered than you need to communicate with us through website or call center within 24 hours of receipt. We will Lodge a complaint and will get back to you within the next 24 – 48 (working) hours. On the basis of your complaint, DIVERSITY will launch an internal investigation and the report of that investigation would be full & final. If you are eligible for a return/refund, DIVERSITY will process it.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be given to you in the form of bank transfer, jazz cash, easypaisa or store credit.
- We usually process refunds within 24 - 48 (working) hours of you lodging a complaint with us.
- Refunds are dependent on customer showing proof that the order received has been dispatched for return.
- Shipping fee is non refundable and in most cases is charged at Rs 250.
- Perishable items or items that have been damaged during use or are not in the same condition as you received them are NOT valid for return/refund.
- If the order you placed and received is different, In that case we will reship you the correct order.
If you return or cancel your order before dispatch there are no charges. However, After your order has been released for processing, then there is a 15% restocking fee.
At DIVERSITY, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 12 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.
Cancellations depends on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send an order cancellation request to DIVERSITY Customer Service at our WhatsApp number or call us on (0300) 844-6996 and we will take care of everything!
If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the order.
